Molly Ivins has died. What a loss; what a tremendously creative wit and clear-sighted presence she has been for us in Texas, and around the nation. Sixty-two. Life can be very short. Colin Rule has posted a nice collection of her witticisms, though it's a very small selection... What was my favorite? Geez, I can't think of it now. I was always so proud that she was from here.
